Waiting on Wednesday is a meme hosted by Breaking the Spine to let us share our excitement for books coming out soon.
OK, I am just curious to see how a transient that carries a legendary sword and, get this, a baby manages to travel and survive in this world. I just, I can’t even put into words what I expect from it, because I really have no idea. But, I am quite eager to find out!

The Vagrant is his name. He has no other. Friendless and alone he walks across a desolate, war-torn landscape, carrying nothing but a kit-bag, a legendary sword and a baby. His purpose is to reach the Shining City, last bastion of the human race, and deliver the sword, the only weapon that may make a difference in the ongoing war. But the Shining City is far away and the world is a very dangerous place.
A sword and a baby, eh? That poses some logistical challenges, but it sounds like an intriguing read. Nice choice!

I am a little worried for that baby! You can’t fight with a baby in one hand! OK, you read this and tell us how it is, I don’t know if I could handle it:-D

I’ve been excited for this one as well! No idea of what to expect from it, but just from looking a that cover and the brief the synopsis… I don’t know, I’m just so curious.

OOOH I like the sound of this one! Is it just me, or does this have a Saga-esque vibe going on with the baby? I don’t know, Marko and Alanna seem to be pulling it off, so maybe this guy can too!

Yes, I have this on my list as well! How does a transient manage to travel and survive while carrying a legendary sword and a baby? Well, I’m sure he’s found a solution, and whatever it is I’m sure it’ll be unrealistic as hell, but hey at least this sounds awesome! 😛
