Locke and Key was my first foray into graphic novels. I was swayed to try it pretty much because I loved everything I read by Joe Hill, had read all of his novels, and decided to give his graphic novels a try. I will forewarn you, they are not for the squeamish or faint of heart.
The series is full of horrors, mysteries and magic keys. I found them very quick and enjoyable reads.
You can read my full review for the first book here. I read the entire series and have to admit, I enjoyed it more with each one.

Inlinkz Link PartyLocke & Key tells of Keyhouse, an unlikely New England mansion, with fantastic doors that transform all who dare to walk through them. Home to a hate-filled and relentless creature that will not rest until it forces open the most terrible door of them all...
I’m pretty sure I have the first two books in this series, just never made time to read them. But you’ve sparked my interest again!
