Stacking the Shelves is a weekly feature all about sharing your good luck in book acquisitions! So here’s what came my way since my last post!

In what appears to be an attempt to build my audio to-be-listened pile as large as my current TBR, I seem to have accumulated nothing but audiobooks in the past couple of weeks. But they are all good ones that I’m eager to listen to!

One Good Dragon Deserves Another by Rachel Aaron – Quite grateful to get this sequel from Audible Studios as I really enjoyed the first one, and everyone has said that this one is even better. Really looking forward to it.

Ancillary Mercy by Ann Leckie – I am so excited to finish this trilogy. I loved the first two and am really looking forward to finding out how the series concludes. Thanks to Hachette Audio for the review copy!

Apocalypse Now Now by Charlie Human – When this was released in the UK a while ago, I was very interested. Now that it’s available in the US, I am really excited to finally read (listen to) it! It sounds like it should be one hell of a story! Thanks to AudioJukebox and Blackstone Audio for the review copy!

The Geomancer (Vampire Empire) by Clay and Susan Griffith – This was an unexpected arrival from Pyr (and my only non-audiobook acquisition), and since I know I have read great things about it from some fellow bloggers, I am really hoping to fit in. Many thanks to Pyr for sending this my way!

Call of the Cthulhu and Other Stories by H. P. Lovecraft – This was an impulse purchase when it was an Audible Daily Deal. Confession, I don’t think I’ve ever read anything by H.P. Lovecraft. So, figured I should rectify that, and listen to this set of short stories.

    1. From the publicity insert, I think it sounds like it can be read with out the other series. It is set in the same world, but I am guessing can be read? Maybe someone who has read any of these books will know better than me 🙂
